Just a quick email to let everyone know I have some... Great News!!!! We have at least one victory under our belt, thanks to your prayers and God's will.

Today, on the way to pickup my daughters from school, I visited the Spinx Store #163E (the store that started it all). AND I DID NOT FIND ANY PORN IN THE STORE!!!!

Yep, the magazine racks were full of news, sports and car/truck magazines. But no porn magazines.

This is a victory at one store so far, I will continue to pursue the fight of removing pornographic material from the other Spinx stores and I will continue to ask for your prayers and guidance. You can keep up-to-date with how the fight is going by visiting http://360.yahoo.com/zbar0002 and clicking on View Blog »

Again, Thank you.

Tony McClain

Also, the email below is a response to an email I sent Dairy Queen.

Dear Mr. Mcclain,

Thank you for taking the time to contact International Dairy Queen, Inc.

(IDQ) and alert us to your concerns with the magazines being sold and

displayed at the Spinx/Dairy Queen® in Duncan, SC.

Mr. Mcclain, I am not certain if the Spinx Management company is the

franchise operator of this Dairy Queen restaurant in Duncan, however we

have forwarded your comments to the independent franchise operator of this

restaurant, and to all appropriate Operations Personnel that work most

closely with this store, for their investigation of the concerns you

raised.

Thank you again for taking the time to contact us with your concerns.

Best Regards,
